They won't let you expose cheaters because then everyone could see that they don't do anything about them. That's why they don't even have an in game reporting option for cheaters. They literally couldn't care less.

We don't allow name and shame ScreechingEagle​ as it is a breach of our rules plus it's also a form of bullying.

But allowing unskippable celebrations and harassing private messages and taunting quick messages (even when you have setting set to not allow them they still come through, FYI) isn’t bullying? Come on, don’t gaslight us into thinking you actually care, you don’t even have an in game way to report cheaters, it would just look bad if everyone could see who the cheaters were and still saw them in game and could see you don’t ban them.

Please do not continue to spread misinformation on the forums ScreechingEagle​. Doing so is not something we allow.

Then can you tell me where it explains how to report a cheater in game? Because if you follow the links you provided to the page

The only options it gives you are:

(1) To report a player’s Club or Squad name

(2) To report a player’s Club or Avatar name, or AI player names in Clubs:

(3) To report a player’s Squad or Avatar name while you’re playing VOLTA FOOTBALL™:

There is no in game reporting option for cheaters listed. Do you want me to provide screenshots of my settings with messages turned off and notifications for messages still appearing? Because I can do that as well.

I'm not trying to "Spread Misinformation", I am expressing deep dissatisfaction with the way it makes it incredibly difficult to report cheaters and the fact that very little seems to be done about it. 

The help article gives a number of avenues to support any suspected breaking of the rules NuhSkillz​. You can report any player for any reason you believe is a breach.
