Pc players

It really depends. I am a pc player and consider myself good if I manage to play without technical issues. There are a lot of extremely good players on pc BUT there are also unfortunately plenty of hackers as well. You probably have won against a pc player sometime but the two main reasons for why it might seem impossible are the two i mentioned.

You could also turn off cross-play on console so you don't face any "impossible to beat" players which is the only solution.😁

Obvious they just get a smoother gameplay experience for whatever reason. 

I noticed on rush in particular the PC players moving and reacting more quickly, making tackles easily and doing skill moves constantly. Whereas my players are like elephants on an ice rink.
