PING increase

For the last 1 week my ping increased from 8-12 to 30-40. First I thought it was only on Weekend League because servers overload but it stayed same yesterday and today. Cannot understand how it is possible. I live in Warsaw and servers are here too. My friends having normal PING. Tried to reinstall the game, same problem. Other games show normal ping. What can be the problem? It looks like it connects me to other server than Warsaw.
