Player , manager , and clubs glitch

I’ve completed the player, manager and clubs objectives but the xp hasn’t come through on my Nintendo switch , I’ve heard that they patched the problem up  , that’s what some ea employers have said, but I come to see it hasn’t ,  I reinstalled on both switch and pc they haven’t come through, if I don’t expect them to come through in 24 hours I’m looking for some compensation about 15k season pass xp , also I haven’t received my bonuses for my switch after pre ordering ea fc 26 ultimate edition , it’s been just over a week and everybody else has received them , if I don’t get them in the next 4 days I’m looking at a compensation , I had the same  pre ordering and it took me over a month to get the bonuses for ea fc 24 and ea fc 25 but I got them over a month and 4 days but I was promised them ages ago but ea employees lied to me , I never ever had a apology from you guys that I had it over a month and 4 days rather than having them 2 weeks after the pre order launch of ea , also I never had any compensation from ea after them being so late.
