Player switch error

Hello, I recently did a paid EVO for Thuram. After that, my backline player's switching hasn't been working properly. Without switching, players are coming out from the defensive line—especially the left-back, who often gets out of position. It feels like the entire defense is out of control, and the backline players' traits don't seem to be working
