Players searchable on transfer market but not in the game

I like that more new players have been added like de gea and Alexis Sanchez but they keep forgetting to add my fifa legend Joshua king who has been at Toulouse fc in lig 1 since the beginning of the season. He is searchable on transfer market but he is not been added yet. Please add soon❤️
