Do I still get the pre season packs in eafc 25 if I changed platforms between eafc24 and 25?

Hi was just wondering if all the rewards were meant to come out today as I only have an 80x10 and82x5
@harry280210 The pre-season packs were coming out starting today -- presumably in waves and could take up to a month. Hopefully we all receive what we're due soon! <3
I have no packs is this because I haven’t logged In on the game today. I have already played the new game this year

Are you joking? UP to a month? Please advise me to a support to get refund for this game. Unplayable and not trustfull. Please forward it to customer support so the contact me for a refund.
What u mean that it could take up to a month? That must be a joke. This is Multi milion company not some garage go fund me company
How do u know it comes out in waves and not all at once?
