Problem Ultimate Team

Good evening, I am hoping to reach a manager or supervisor of some sort because I have had an issue with this Weekend League which I have contacting your live chat, but got no solution for. Since your colleague wasn't able to help me any further. So my problem is that I was playing against an opponent and they left the match which then I get the usual message of when a player leaves a match. Then I pressed "OK" and I kept getting the little logo on the bottom for a couple of minutes with nothing happening any further. So I did what anybody would do, restarted the game, after logging back in I get the notification of "you didn't finish your last match bla bla bla, you have a DNF etc etc. and I go back to the Champs screen to find out I have been rewarded a loss. This has now happened multiple times in different Weekend Leagues and it's just get annoying now. I have to restart the game multiple times per session of playing the game. If somebody could please help me that would be appreciated.
