Problem with my rewards not claiming in Objectives

Hello so basically I completed the season 6 Play objective where you do 2 out of the 4 objectives but for some reason my game says that i completed it but i haven't done it to claim the first week and i'll end up missing out on big rewards so if ea workers see this please allow me to claim my reward
