Problem with ultimate team !

Hello! It’s been several days now that I haven’t been able to access Ultimate Team. Every time I try to enter, I get a message saying: “At the moment, it is not possible to connect to Ultimate Team. You will now be returned to the main menu.”

I contacted support via chat, and we tried clearing caches, but that didn’t work. According to them, they’ve exhausted all possible solutions and asked me to post the issue here.

This is so frustrating! I’ve tried everything, even reinstalling the game, and nothing works! Please, can someone help me?
