Quick sell glitch

I had a glitch with quick sell so when you try to quick sell a player you have the confirm button before the quick sell happen but when I did it it happened immediately without any confirm I pressed the R2 (the quick sell button) one time which is always have to be pressed second time for confirmation but It did not happen
so can anyone help me recover the players
