I am having the same issue. I even put an 82 rated squad but yet stays at 78. It must be taking in consideration the 2 locked positions

- @zabran The block slots count as zero so you basically need almost a full squad of 84's at least to get the rating , it's utterly ludicrous and anyone doing it is clinically insane
