Re: FC Hub is blocked in Companion App / Web App

Hey everyone, it seems like some of you are still having trouble connecting to the FC Hub on the web app. I just wanted to go over a few steps to see if they can help you resolve this issue.

- Log out and then log back into your platform account on your console or using the EA app on your PC.

- Restart your device.

- If possible, try accessing the web app or the companion app from a different device.

Let me know in case of any further issues.

    I’m assuming EA won’t let anyone access the hub on web app or  app unless you have the game.  I usually purchase it around December and January but mess around with team, SBCs until that point. I appreciate EA saving me time and money this year. Not worth the hassle.

  • Same here! They won’t fix it. Made several reports, mails en E.A. chat but the problem is still there.

    Still does not work. I am playing the trial version but the fc hub is still locked on the companion. Can you confirm whether we need to purchase the game to access the fc hub. If so that is a disgrace.
