1 year agoRe: FC Hub is blocked in Companion App / Web App
Hey everyone, it seems like some of you are still having trouble connecting to the FC Hub on the web app. I just wanted to go over a few steps to see if they can help you resolve this issue.
- Log out and then log back into your platform account on your console or using the EA app on your PC.
- Restart your device.
- If possible, try accessing the web app or the companion app from a different device.
