- Guys, tell me when you didn't get the award, how did it happen. I was just sitting and waiting in the console, and there was some kind of glitch, maybe I should have not entered the game at this time when the awards were given? And why everyone was demoted to 2 divisions, and me to 1 division, is also not clear

@EA_Pulsar We are waiting for an explanation from you. How long will you keep us waiting? Or do you prefer to remain silent so that the issue is forgotten?
This is unbelievable, i’ve commented 6 times on this same thread in the last 30 hours and nothing, no good response, reason or common answer. Haven’t opened game as there is no incentive. EA if our rewards aren’t there by THE TIME I WAKE UP, i’m waiting till Fifa or 2k make their own game, neither one of those games EVER take more than a few hours to patch something BIG or SMALL and they NEVER keep their community in the dark. You deadset have 12hrs or i’m done.
Last time i’m commenting on this but how many times do people have to ask, respond, reply, post, speak up even beg for an explanation or an ETA. 1000? 2000? Beyond a joke.
I wanted to make di lorenzo sbc and I waited until yesterday to get the * to make it, and now I can't do it without these rewards and it ends tomorrow (I think), and I don't have enough * to make it, thanks ea for equal treatment of all players.

Just come clean and say we are not going to get them and let us be done with this crap. Be brave, don't lie to us anymore. Anyone can make mistakes. Although it takes a company like EA to do this many but put that aside and just be brave. Apologize for the screw up, admit we are'nt going to get the rewards and carry on to make new mistakes. I believe in you.
- @Zoomer1112 exactly, if they come to this post and say that we arent getting our rewards and compensation, its fine. but the MAIN problem here is the actions of customer service and community managers. we pay for this game and we pay a lot for store packs too, this should not be the customer service that we get for it
