Hi there, I didnt get my rivals rewards today. I got all points needed. But iT seemed a bit glitched with the new season pass etc. Hope you can resolve the problem.

I didn't get my rival rewards either and I don't know what to do... Wanted to open them for black friday.

I didn't get them either and I grinded div 2 + got all 35 points for this...

My username is Temp-901844 and I wanted to claim my division rival awards after barely getting eafc 25 and grinding basically all day and night. I tried to claim my rewards and nothing appeared!!!! I am very upset and I want some sort a recompensation or something because I am very upset!!!!!!!!!!!

My rivals rewards didn't arrive. This is the second time it's happened to me. I request that what is necessary be done.

I got my rewards missing and two wins on champions canceled 🤕

I did not get my rewards in rivals. 

Missing Rivals Rewards… waited until release and nothing. I reset everything and even checked companion app but nothing. Waited an hour and still nothing. 45 wins and now been relegated due to new season so hopefully I still get the correct rewards. Should really get an Icon pack as compensation 

Hello, everyone. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. I'll investigate to determine the cause of the delay. Have you tried logging out and then signing back in to resync your account? Do you claim your rewards directly in the game, or do you only check the packs on the web app?

I tried to earn rewards with a companion app. But I didn't get the reward, so I logged out and accessed it again, but it didn't improve.

No, i don’t get my reward la on rival division 3, I refresh the game get in out and back, and nothing, I do it so many times, one hour doing that… Be serious because this is so frustrating and is errors is the last chance to quit this game

Thank you for the quick response. Can you confirm how many points you've earned? I am trying to determine whether you are missing the base or upgraded weekly rewards.

I got 35 points in div3.

@EA_PulsarSorry…I tried everything to claim my Rivals rewards but I can’t, I can only play

Please stop using this thread. We have the large 1600 message thread below. This one should be deleted but I imagine it looks better if ea can hide the larger one, hence why ea pulsar has replied to this one rather than direct to the other.
