Hey @dsarah379,

Typically soft-bans last about 24 hours. I'd ignore UT for now to make sure that it expires correctly.

    Okay thankyou, I’m stil able to play on the old gen version of the game and can complete matches will that affect the soft ban making it longer??

    Okay so don’t play it anymore and wait til this time tomorrow and try again? And also can I still go on ultimate team and do SBCs and stuff?

    SBC's shouldn't be a problem, I'd just advise against starting any matches for a while.

    It’s very stupid company . I get soft banned for doing golden goal but actual hackers are not getting banned . I can’t wait for this company to die thr natural death it deserves
