Re: I accidentally purchased Points on FC 24 Instead of FC 25

I bought FC25 points (12,000)  from Playstation store (in the browser not the console), today 22 Sep 2024.

unfortunately, the Fc points went to my FC24 game not the FC25 where it ment to go!
Since I have the ultimate edition of FC25 and already accessed the game three days ago, I no longer have the option to transfer my FC point as first login.
Now how do I transfer the FC points from FC24 to FC25? Can EA support team assist me with this issue?


Platform: PS5.

    I have made the same mistake. There really should be a mechanism to switch the points over or get a refund. They are useless on FC24. Very quick to take the money. Any other goods or services you would be able to get a refund. It’s easy to see they haven’t been used.
