I talked to the ea help live chat and they said that they are aware of this error and are trying to fix it

I tried all the methods they recommend but nothing works

I get the feeling is because i got banned in fifa 23 when my account got hacked but my ban got overturned

After i got unbanned i could not play fifa 23 ultimate team getting another error but i stoped playing fifa and didnt care and moved on

Im not sure what to do i saw other people have the same issue

Did someone find a fix?

do you also get kicked out of ultimate team when exiting or finishing a game and dont get any rewards?

Until 6 hours ago I played the game with no issues

Suddenly, I’m receiving “

The software was closed because an error occurred.” Error when accessing Ultimate Team and the game close

I’m playing on Nintendo Switch

Rebooted the console, cleared the game cartige, reinstalled the game, cleared catches , still no luck

Any oder game modes are working as expected, getting the error when accessing UT

Can someone please advise?

I cannot get onto ultimate team I keep getting the message “connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu”.

i literally bought this game for ultimate team and cannot login, need a fix asap.

I get disconnected after every match on fc 25 and sent back to the main menu. Is this a soft ban? As I am able to play on the old gen version of the game with no issues. I helped my friend with his bronze squad mastery objectives and then this started happening but he hasn’t had this issue like me. I really need help to understand what’s going on see photo below to see what message I’m getting after each game. 

I have had the same problem since today. I also helped my friend with silver squad mastery objectives but was still able to play 5-10 rivals games afterwards. Just since today I cannot play any gamemode anymore in Ultimate Team before getting kicked out.

Just a few threads there are many more, and they cant even be bothered to update EADirect on Twitter or there Trello to say there are aware. Complete Joke.

Are you still soft banned? 

Every time I try to log into on console (PS5) I get the message “connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment you will be returned to the main menu” so I try to log into on companion and it won’t let me with a message of “there was a problem connecting to the ea account servers” this has been over 12 hours and I can’t fix the problem any suggestions? Cheers 

I was playing rivlals games and everything was working on Ultimate Team. I went into SBC's and saw a new RTTK Challenge 3 SBC so I went and did it. I filled all the requirements and when I go to submit, I get a message saying "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment." It then puts me back in the main menu, but then I am able to go back into UT, but whenever I go back to that SBC and try to submit, I get hit with the same message everytime. Is this a bug? Or are servers actually down at the moment? I reset my console, closed and reopened the app, and I left to run errands and came back to try again and it still wasn't working.

Update: I was able to do the 77+ upgrade no problem, but then went to do the RTTK one and it gave me same message.

Since the day 1 game released I'm playing it and it was ok until yesterday, from then i can access to all online modes normally except ultimate team, all online modes run perfectly and without any lags with good ping but when i click on ultimate team this error show up " connecting to ultimate team is not possible now"

What should i do about it?

I boot up the game normally I do everything normally my connections great. Everything is fine. I can even play rush but once I get to the ultimate team and I try to edit my team tactics or switching out players The game just Kick me out for no reason I’ve re-downloaded it. I’ve repaired the game. I bought it through the EA app on PC and this is what shows. I honestly don’t know what to do
