Re: Unable To Log Into FC 25 Ultimate Team

i have the same. After i play in Ultimate Team i always LOSE my connection in Xbox Series S. When i go to the xbox one version i can play without any problem.

I was told to post this from the technical team at EA. Everytime I try to load ultimate team on fc25 the game crashes. They told me this is a known issue that they are working on but don't have a fix as of yet. I tried all the troubleshooting suggestions and nothing has worked. I pad for early access but can't access the game early. Hopefully some type of fix happens soon as well as some compensation.

The game just disconnects me from the server every time when i tried to make changes with my squad on UT FC 25. How do i resolve this issue

It gives an error when I change my team.When I change formations and players in my squad, UT kicks me out

At this point I'm getting desperate, I bought the game friday, played it for 8h straight.
And then since then the game simply does not connect to online services, it freezes every single time it tries to connect, 
If I cancel the first try I can get inside the game, so offline it works, but as soon as I try to connect online it either freezes (I can still hear the music in game but nothing happens, I can also see the background moves but Im just there stuck.) or it gives me the error message that its unable to connect.

Here is a list of things I've tried doing so far:

I've done a network reset and it worked once but it happened again.
I've reset my router
I've allowed the game and the anticheat on my firewall and unninstalled the anti virus I had
I've tried with my firewall off, and the firewall on my router aswell
I've tried to turn off 5Ghz on my internet and run Ethernet Cable
I've also used commands to reset my internet on command prompt (flush, dns etc)
I've also manually changed my dns servers to google servers (8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4)
I've re-downloaded Steam, EA App, and the game several times for this past 4 days.
I've verified the files 
I've re-installed and repaired the anticheat several times although everytime I open the anti-cheat installer FC 25 is never never, I need to click on FC 24 and click update for FC 25 to appear

I dont know what to do, 2/3 of my hours on the game is legit just trying to get in the game, I legit bought it to play early and cant play it, I dont want a refund nor am I complaining, I just wanna play and I am not finding anything helpful online, just people with the same issue as me 

I go as long as saying whoever fixes my game I'll genuinely reward you, so please someone help me

Different thing is that I was able to play at first, so I played for 2~3days

Yesterday, the game was suddenly crashed and then I can't access into the Ultimate mode (i can do other game mode)

Yeah same here also. I was able to play for a few days and then all of a sudden something crashed.

i wanted to include a crashdump, but this forum won't let me, but basically i get the error in the screenshot

I had the same issue. If you do another squad it should work.

What worked?

Same problem with me. When trying to load into ultimate team my game just craches.

Been trying for 2 days now and still not working.

This is only on ultimate team, no other gamemode crashes when i try to open them.

yes same with my fifa, i try load on FC 25 then my game crashes

I am experiencing the same thing, did you find a fix mate?
