Does it happen for you where you load into ultimate team, but on the loading screen there is a grey screen then it crashes?

When loading up eafc 25 on my Xbox one I can access all features apart from ultimate team despite me being connected to the internet
been having the same issue for the past 4 days theyve done * all to help made it impossible to even get into contact with them. my Pc is not a high standard or anything but can run every other aspect of the game fine. my ffav is the fact they made it impossible to even get into contact with a real person to talk abou the issue. Games rubbish waste of money

happend to me to, also on an friends ps5 and ps4.
Turned out I had to delete my squad, like it had a concept, build new 1 from low to high so the card that gave the error isn't in the team. (Use the app for this) Delete all teams except the new bronze team.
Voila that worked for me

- @Zreokell6 So you can only use bronze players?
- @Zreokell6 Then when logged in again build your squad with settings etc.
- @orca223 I think a concept card or sbc storage glitch creates the error, after I build the low to high new squad in app and started fc25 it worked fine untill I opened my "good squad" in club/team it crashed instantly, after deleting all squads build and only have 1 squad , I could select all cards to build team agaun
