Same problem here. I cant enter ULTIMATE TEAM
cuz the internet disconnected while i was searching for a Rivals Match
now 12 hours of waiting
tried different playstation and the Companion app

I had this problem
EA ignored me, patronised me and dismissed it as not existing. So I found other threads the same... EA then combined the threads it seems. EA then still didn't reply to my thread or help anyone else
Solution for me is in thread above.... please try it 🙏
