@fatneek433 I fixed this issue today after trying everything else this worked.
Step 1 - load up companion app on mobile for eafc25.
Step 2 - create a new squad - just set one up and set it to active.
Step 3 - delete the current / old squad from ultimate team so that only the new squad is present and active.
Step 4 - come off the app. Wait about 15 minutes - try ultimate team again on xbox and it should work. Atleast it did for me.
