    Hi, 

    I have the same problem encountered yesterday.

    Ordered from ps mobile app and is not added to my balance.(12000 FC points)

    • PSN id/Username: kerkero23
    • Platform: PS5
    • Summary of Issue: my order is not fullfilled
    • Recent Timestamp (Date, Time, Timezone): 09/24/2024 from Turkey
    • Your PSN and EA account region: Both Turkey
    • Game version (digital download or box version): Digital

    order details and the warning I had are attached.

    • PSN id/Username: Aslufix 
    • Platform: PS5
    • Summary of Issue: After trying to enter fc points store in fc25 web app I got a information that I need to log in to PSN account to validate region. After loging in there is a window telling that there is a mismatch between EA account and Disk I’m playing FC 25. I checked the region in EA account and it is set to Poland. In PS5 I’m sure that I bought FC25 in Polish store. I payed in polish currency. In game I can enter FC points store. Screen of communicate attached.

    • Your PSN and EA account region: Poland in both places

    Why no one is considering a a reply? There is money put into your game and somehow we can not use it? We were already buying stuff from app and use it on the game. Please reply!!

      • When I try to purchase FC points in the web app, I am receiving the same mismatch between region associated to your EA account error as mentioned in this thread.
    • Recent Timestamp (Date, Time, Timezone): 9/25/24

    • Game version (digital download or box version): Digital Download Ultimate Edition
    • The store the game was purchased from: PSN Online Store

    I changed my PSN ID since playing EA FC 24 and EA FC 25 - it appears that the web app is still bringing up my old PSN ID (LinRunE), and not my new one in the error messages.  Screenshots are attached.

    I have the same problem encountered.

    • Summary of Issue: Cannot buy fc points due to mismatch between country and region. Bought 1000 FC points throught the PS store and it has not been added to my FC25 game.
