I am also in Turkey and I have the same issue.  After I bought 1500TL which is almost 42$, my FC Points were not redeemed in my account.

I have tried everything and they don't care at all. And it is getting annoying at this point and no one from EA seems to care. I have also written to Playstation services to let them know about the issue and stop selling FC Points because it is a shame to see what's happening.

• I am missing 5900 points
• Ultimate Team is where I am missing my points
• My email is: [edit: email address removed]
• I am missing my points on my EA FC Ps5 account
• My PSN is Samoeni and samoeni967 on EA
• Date was 24.09.2024 and time was around 12.00pm
• I am living in Turkey so my timezone is according to Turkey

Please find my transaction, or I will have to ask for a refund. I find like this is some next level stuff that I cannot understand that happens only to EA all the times every year.

Its been almost a week, there is no change.

What a game!! Still didnt receive any of my points

I ve purchased another 18500 FC points yet this one also is not added to balance.

This is getting weirder and annoying.

Fix this issue
