Renaissance man question

Planned on starting the Renaissance Man evolution with a player who already has incisive+ and trickster+, but the completed evolution is showing that incisive will become silver and I will only have trickster+. I know that there is playstyle+ to be added because I already have 2, but am I really going to lose 1, or is it visual only? Can someone please help, and thanks in advance for any assistance.
