@ryderq honestly, knowing EA. they will not gaf about this forum because they customer service is * af. Sorry but this is the sad truth

This is how EA treats us. Not even the respect of a message back. Great costumer support, you really listen to your community. 
I for one hope there will be a new football game very soon that I can give my time and expendable money to. You should be ashamed of yourself for not even having the dignity to communicate to your users.
