Respond to me EA

I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with how this situation has been handled.

The Icon SBC I was working on – the one with 10 squads and a 4x Icon Player Pick as the reward – disappeared from my game, even though there were still several days left and I had already submitted three squads.

I have contacted EA twice about this issue, and I have still not received any compensation or even a proper follow-up.

I’ve seen other players get messages from EA saying that “compensation will be given in a few days,” but it’s been well over that and no one has received anything.

I spent a huge amount of valuable fodder and time on this SBC, and I expect a real response and a fair reward – whether that’s FC Points, Coins, a new Icon Player Pick, or something equivalent.

This is unacceptable. If this happened to me and others, it needs to be addressed seriously – not ignored.
