Rivals achievement missing

I ran into a problem while playing FC25 Rivals. I won a match 6-3, but right after it ended, I got a message saying that EA servers rejected my request. Then, another message popped up saying I left the match midway and that my DNF modifier would be affected.

The weird part is that the game counted my win as a loss, and instead of moving forward in Rivals, I actually moved backward. It’s pretty frustrating since I definitely won the match.

What's your suggestion?
