SBC VANISHED

I completed the SBC for the 89-rated Pirlo, but after submitting my players, the challenge did not register as completed. My players were taken from my club, but I didn't receive the Pirlo card. I followed all the requirements, but the SBC didn’t complete, leaving me without the card and the players I used in the squad. Is there any way to fix this or recover my players?
