Sbc wrong

Hello EA Support,

I recently made a terrible mistake and accidentally submitted five untradeable 99-rated players into an SBC. These players were extremely important to me, and it was a complete accident.

The players I lost were:

- 99-rated Cristiano Ronaldo (Untradeable)

- 99-rated Ousmane Dembélé (Untradeable)

- 99-rated Johan Cruyff (Untradeable)

- 99-rated Ella Toone (Untradeable)

- 99-rated Fara Williams (Untradeable)

I have never requested a player recovery before, and I would really appreciate your help if there's any possibility for a one-time rollback or recovery.
