If you are referring to 15k coins from level 1, then those are club coins and not coins in Ultimate Team.

You will get these coins when you log into Pro Clubs (i.e. Clubs in FC25) mode.

Not very clear and just another example of how the pointless tweaks this year have served no real purpose.

I'am not ok with this answer. In the screen were the bundled items are shown, it is clearly to see it are UT coins en no C coins. So still missing 45.000 coins in my case.
