Season 6 weekly play does not count towards the counter

I've completed two of the individual objectives to reach the goal for the first week of Season 6. However, on the weekly in-game counter where they award a guaranteed Anniversary Player Pack, this objective doesn't count, and I haven't received a reward. What can I do or how can you help me with this issue?
