Season pass problem
I have gone past tier 17 on the season pass but I can’t claim the premium or regular rewards as it says -250 sp required. Please fix this glitch ea and give me my rewards

hello,
I did not receive my rewards for level 32. it was the 87+ player pick and also another pack as I bought the premium pass. I restarted the game and also the console. On both the console and webabb it mentions that i have claimed the rewards but I never received them. can this be resolved please
