Season pass

I was on level 40 of the season pass on an account and was waiting to claim it because I was saving packs for tots and didn’t want to open 87+x15 by mistake. I checked the content drop on that account then changed over to my other account  which I want the 93 al owairan on. When I went onto that account I saw my season progress on level 40 so I claimed al owairan but it didn’t claim him. After I’d finished what I’d wanted to do on that account I switched back to my other account and when I went on it gave me the al owairan so I wasn’t able to claim the pack reward at all. I want compensation.
