I redeemed 2000 SP from the completion of the FC Coaching masterclass (Tekkz Tactics / Levi Tactics) at the beginning of season 3 today, but it is missing.

So why call it season 3 head start, should be called heres all the xp you don't need for season 2.
@R1ckyDaMan19Becasue group reward i.e. 3000 SP available at Thursday 6pm UK time. Thats 3000 SP head start on day 1 of season 3.
FC Pro Puzzle Completionist has 500sp Group Reward. I didn't Claim the last FC Pro Live Challenge 3 reward. When the season ended, it gave me the packs for the last sbc and the pack for group reward without the sp points. 🤨

if it’s called season 3 head start then it was aimed to be for the next season, yet I didn’t get what I redeemed this morning from that objective, every week feels like another disappointment on this game, there’s so many bugs and issues at time makes the game unplayable and makes you just turn it off.
fifa use to be so fun and engaging but these days im slowly feeling like I might call it a day on game that I’ve loved since it began.
hopefully ea realise that most of the community don’t care for “competitive” or pro e sports. We only want to have fun like we use to. But here we are always complaining about something going wrong.
shame cause it could be a outstanding game if they just put the right people in charge of the game.
anyway enough said, please explain or let us know what’s going on ea.
