Season progress

Hello EA. I hope you are well. Today I completed my season progress and I tried to pick Kaka and Rafael leao and the game bugged and chose the pack instead of the players. All I'm asking is that can you please compensate me by giving me Kaka and leao but take the players I packed from the packs that were the second option. By the way my account is awsomeperson737

    No I didn't I directly tried chose Kaka and leao but the game bugged me out

    Did you hit claim all, because this is what happens if you hit claim all. It’s not a bug, even if it was a mistake you won’t be compensated for this.
