Seasonal Supply 300k pack

Hey, I’m opened the 300k pack in the store right now, but I can’t claim the other mini pack inside of that, which is the totw provisions pack. I have tried reddeming this pack multiple times within the last 24 hours but nothing seems to work. It says “There was a problem connecting to the Football Ultimate Team servers. Please try again later.” This is really frustrating because I’m trying to buy another pack to get more SP to reach level 40. Please help ea
