Second playstile +

I did all the evo on my Marc Guiu and put quick step + on him. Now I completed the objective and got the second ps+ but when I open the evo to select my player it says I don’t have any eligible player for the evo saying it’s max 1 ps+.
Did I do the evo in the wrong order or it’s the evo requirements wrong? EA pls fix it
