Ive always sent anybody on here to EA customer service (never had used it myself) , but just knew the admins on here cant seem to help with anything so send them there instead, so since I joined the forum anybody needing help I just natrually posted them the link the admins do.
However a couple of days ago I needed to contact them myself due to a major bug in the game, and I honestly could not believe just how shockingly bad they was, first my "case" was just closed, no decency of a reply, no update, nothing they just closed it, so then I went into the EA live chat, and again was just appauled how little this person was interested in helping me, they didnt even read the issue I had asked in the chat and took me 10 minutes just pointing this out to them, then after finally reading my issue they just said they dont have the power to fix anything on there end, I mean if they dont WHO DOES, its there **bleep** game.
They then try and send you to this forum for help, yet the EA admins on this forum send you to EA chat because they cant help, I mean its like a comedy
I work in a customer service based industry, if I or anybody I know working treat customers in the same way they would be fired.
EA might get bored of the complaints and are past caring due to all there billions as they didnt treat customers in the same way before they become "too big" , but they need to remember without these same, loyal customers who pay out the money none of them would be in a job in the first place and they wouldnt be worth the money they are now
