Slow delayed gameplay

My game play has been slow and delayed for 5 months already and nothing has changed. I constantly have 4 ping every match and it is still slow, heavy, and delayed. It feels like my R2 sprint button doesnt work because my players feels so slow. Can someone at EA please help me with this because we all pay our money to play this game to not even be able to enjoy because of the gameplay. My gameplay isn’t the common slow and delayed that people talk about. No, my gameplay isn’t playable at all because of slow it is. I have no other issues on any other game that I play. I have tried every solution regarding this for months and I can’t figure out anything. SOMEONE AT EA PLEASE HELP ME.
