Social Menu comes up when I try and sprint FC25

I was trying to play a squad battles game and when I tried to sprint using R2 on PlayStation the social menu kept coming up and happened everytime I tried to sprint. Same thing happened when I tried ...

Yes, I get this nearly every time I play.

I'm wondering what controllers everyone has and if that's got anything to do with it?

I'm using the Elite 2 Xbox controller.
