Softban

Today I was doing sbcs and out of nowhere I got a softban. I had already been softbanned but it had never lasted more than 1 minute and now out of nowhere it's been 10 minutes and I still haven't been able to do any sbcs on the fc compain app. If someone can help me send me message .
