Son banned for no reason - EA are a disgrace
My son, who plays FC25 on a family computer, in a common area, who couldn't install winzip if you asked him to was banned by EA. I appealed his case and got bot responses 'upholding' the ban, NO info...

Some do get unbanned so if it was just bot responses that wouldn’t happen.
I don't agree with your logic on that one .. maybe their anti cheat ai starts recognising that some things are actually false positives .. and unban .. these guys have no humans working for them
