I understand exactly. I figured out how to beat it after a couple of days. At least it works for me. You have to be extremely aggressive. On both offense and defense. Pinged passes and constant through balls. Don't give them time to react. Defensively you want to constantly press. Go after the ball nonstop. Anticipate+ helps. And make sure to use R1 press. Or RB on Xbox.
