Still havent received preorder bonuses FC25

This has been a problem since FIFA23 where i only get to play the game early but dont get any of the preorder bonuses like EAFC points. I have done a lot of digging  this year since it literally is in my DLC on steam. As seen below. I contacted steam about this but after talking for about a week they said it is your guys's fault at EA. I also found on steamDB all the availble DLC for the game and found out i have the 2898360 version of the preorder version (if you drag the dlc the link will become vissable). All the DLC versions dont have a seperate page and redirect to the home store page of EAFC25. I also made multiple tickets on the ea help website but they are mentally incapable of doing anything and keep asking how many points i bought. I didnt buy any points i bought the f*****g ultimate edition. I have also tried downloading EAFC on 2 other PC's and still nothing. How is it possible that this has been happening for 3 years straight. I know i havent linked the wrong account and there are thousands of other people who seem to have this problem, how can you sit there and ignore it filthy scammers. Can't wait for this to get ignored also. Have a nice day 🙂!
