Stolen coins and banned account

On 13th of December hackers logged to my account and sold my players and stole 8.4 milion coins. 2 weeks later, after no resolution from EA side, EA banned my account (2nd of january) and wiped another 2.4 milion coins. I have opened ticket on 2nd of January about my issue and EA help chat told me, that they wiped my coins to protect from another hacker attack and asked me to log a dispute ticket. I have been waiting for one month now and all i have got is 2 mails 1 week after i logged the ticket, that they are working on the case… 1 month and there is no answer and no help. How should i proceed, should I contact customer protection commission ?
