Stuttering and lags in UT

After the newest patch, I found there are continuous stuttering and lags in the gameplay of UT on my laptop. My PC is 4060ti and it has worked perfectly fine before the patch. After the patch I couldn't even play squad battle, because the stuttering and lags are so severe. I checked my internet and the ping is only 17-20ms so there's nothing to do with the connection problem. EA please fix this problem ASAP. I love this game so much and spends tons of hours to play UT. Really wants the stuttering and lags to be fixed.
