Tabbing Out in FC25 Gamemodes

This issue has been persisting for a while, and I still haven't found a fix. FC 25 tends to tab to my main screen at random intervals, often occurring alongside gameplay stutters and my pc RGB lights flickering even though I have it set at static. Using a focus logger, it says that explorer is the one stealing the focus. Please help.
