THE GAME TURNED OFF FOR NO REASON

Today, in two hours of play, the game turned off in the middle of matches 3 times. 2 times in squad battles mode and once in the Rivals mode. A few days ago, it also turned off during a game in Rivals in the middle of a match. As a result, I am losing rating and points for nothing. So much time has passed, and this bug still hasn't been fixed. EA, DO SOMETHING! I PAID MONEY FOR THIS FREAKING GAME, WASTE TIME ON IT, AND IN RETURN I RECEIVE SIMILAR SITUATIONS. I'M NOT TALKING ABOUT THE BUGS INSIDE THE GAME! I DEMAND COMPENSATION FOR MY WASTED TIME!
