The TOTY Brilliance cosmetic is broken

I added the TOTY Brilliance to my untradable TOTY player, but it sometimes work sometime not. Is this an issue to be fixed ? Or can EA enable a feature to withdraw the cosmetic EVO to turn back to the original design ?
